According to BCS officials, there are 20 teams that are still in the running for the remaining 9 BCS spots (with Ohio State being the only team guaranteed a spot at this time):

1. Georgia Tech and Clemson are playing for the ACC's spot in the BCS.
2. Texas and Nebraska are playing for the Big-12's spot in the BCS.
3. Cincinnati and Pittsburgh are playing for the Big East's spot in the BCS.
4. Oregon and Oregon State are playing for the Pac-10's spot in the BCS.
5. Alabama and Florida are playing for the SEC's spot in the BCS.
6. TCU and Boise State are vying for the only GUARANTEED BCS Buster spot.

The other 8 teams that are in the hunt for at large bids are: BYU, Iowa, LSU, Miami, Oklahoma State, Penn State, USC and Virginia Tech.
